Hi, I’m Katie Moore!

It's my goal to help you create healthy habits & develop a healthy relationship with food (say goodbye to dieting & food guilt). 

 

If you’ve ever been on any type of diet, you’ve likely felt restricted and deprived. This is not a good feeling for anyone!

 I work with you to improve your mindset, habits, & relationship with food! It’s amazing how much easier it is to show up in your daily life when you're not preoccupied with food and see yourself in a more positive light.

 

It’s time to make long term changes to the way that you view food, so you can feel satisfied with your body and stop chronic dieting!
